From the start, we will be your attentive listener. We understand that it may be a big step to reach out to us. Therefore, all of our communications are being handled by a qualified counselor directly, no middle-person. Anything that you share with us will be treated privately, discretely and with full confidentiality. Before the first session we will ask you to fill out a standard intake form. Do you prefer to share your story in person, then that’s okay too!
Since it is the first time meeting your counselor, there is probably quite a bit you want to share. We like to take our time for you, first sessions last 120 minutes if needed. You may expect your counselor to be a good listener and willing to offer a helping hand, no matter what: counselors never judge.
Feel free to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. We are respectful and appreciative of everyone’s personal stories and experiences. We strive to make you feel heard, comforted and ready to tackle whatever it is that brought you to us.

For anything that you would like to talk about, we are here to listen. We believe in the therapeutic value of having an attentive listener giving you 100 percent of their attention. Common topics include mental health issues, stress, anxiety, fobia, trauma, depression and addiction.
Many families come in to talk about their children and any developmental issues, trouble at school, learning or behavioral issues, school stress, growing up, or an empty nest. Observations of your child in the classroom or at home are also available, as is collaboration with the teacher or school counselor.
Interpersonal issues are commonly discussed too. Difficulties between partners, a child and their parents, or sibling that you just don’t seem to be able to solve on your own.

Counseling is a very private matter and your privacy is of the utmost importance: the basis of a trusting relationship with your counselor. Anything that you share with your counselor is treated with complete confidentiality, that includes via email, phone or messages.
This means that none of the things discussed during your session will be shared with anyone else. Upon request, our services are available at a location of your choice, this way counseling is most discrete.

The very first time you meet with your counselor, there are usually many new things to talk about. We would like to take our time for you, intake sessions are 120 minutes where needed. All regular counseling sessions after that are 60 minutes.

We consider the face-to-face interaction with your counselor a valuable and therapeutic part of your experience with us. But we also understand that you may have special needs or reservations.
What if you are traveling but you do not want to interrupt your regular therapy sessions? No worries, counseling is available via online video calls or regular phone calls. For any inquiries, questions or sharing information, you can message your counselor directly via Whatssap.

Yes. All of our services are available upon appointment.
Reach out to us and you will be in contact directly with your counselor, no middle person involved. That means that you can ask your questions and schedule your appointment directly with your counselor.

No. Your counselor will be able to discuss medications with you and may assist you to find a trusted Doctor, but we do not prescribe or dispense any medication.
